P!nk在2012年發行的《有愛有真相(The truth about love)》
不得不說真的是一張很經典的專輯
裡面每首歌的歌詞都寫得很深刻
而且旋律跟風格迥異
但是P!nk一樣每首都游刃有餘
當初因為我是一直重複聽整張專輯
所以對每首都很有印象
但是也證明他是相當耐聽的一張專輯
這張專輯不乏幾首膾炙人口的歌曲
其中最紅的便是《Just give me a reason》
目前在YouTube的觀看次數已經超過11億了
而這首《Try》也不惶多讓的來到了4億
這首歌無論是MV還是現場表演也都是場場精彩
如果說Halsey是新生代的歌曲藝術家
那P!nk絕對是她的先驅
而且走在好幾步之前
(你自己說是不是有Halsey - graveyard的既視感)
對了這張專輯除了這次介紹(其實是被點播)的《Try》
其實在很久以前我也有介紹過一首比較冷門的
而且歌詞一樣寫得很深要轉好幾次才能看懂的
而這首《Try》貌似簡單
但是在英文文法上也是有一些困難之處
例如 ” Funny how the heart can be deceiving. ” 這句
用的是ing而不是ed
所以意思上是「主動」的
而不是被欺騙
不過在做功課的時候發現網路上很多翻譯都是寫成被騙
這張專輯還有很多首冷門歌我也很想推薦啦
但是有些歌詞深到我自己也還不是非常讀懂

《英文小教室
– 片語get by》
沒錯一樣是在做功課的時候發現這個片語有各種不同的翻譯啊
不過get系列的片語老實說我自己也很頭痛就是了
因為英文中實在太愛用這個字
導致即使是同樣的片語
也有可能很多種意思
這次的get
by呢
根據劍橋字典的定義：to be able to live or deal with a situation
with difficulty, usually by having just enough of something you need, such as
money（在一定程度地困難下能夠生活或是面對一些情況，通常是資源剛好足夠，例如錢財）
簡單來說就是「(勉強)過活、馬虎過日子」的意思囉
例句：
-Hey, how are you? 嘿最近好嗎？
-I'm just getting by… 馬馬虎虎囉…
How can he get by on so little money? 他怎麼有辦法靠這麼點錢過活？
We can get by with four computers at the moment, but we'll need a couple more when the new staff arrives. 目前靠四台電腦我們還能勉強撐住，但是如果有新人報到我們就會需要更多台了。
